Refund Policy

If mysnipbox isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the full price you paid, including any taxes that were charged. You don't need to give a reason.

The 14-day refund is available once per customer. If you have already been refunded and then buy again, the new purchase isn't covered by another refund. We treat the same person as one customer, whichever email address, payment method or device they use, and we may decline a request that looks like repeatedly buying and refunding. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live.

Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, and include your order number if you have it. You can find the order number on the receipt that Lemon Squeezy emailed you.

Requests are handled in the order we receive them, so please allow some time for a reply and for the refund to be processed. What counts is the date we receive your email: a request sent within the 14 days is still covered if the refund is completed afterwards. Sending the same request again doesn't speed it up.

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to your original payment method and in the currency you paid in. Banks and card issuers can take several business days to show the money.

When a purchase is refunded, its license key is deactivated and the App stops accepting it, which locks the features that need a license and frees the devices it was activated on. Your own data (images, tags, templates) stays on your device; we never delete it.

After 14 days we generally can't offer refunds, but if something is wrong, email us and we'll do our best to help. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live.

If there is a problem with a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank; we can usually fix it faster. A chargeback deactivates the license.
